( In 2014, in global laser marketing is growing, how about the performance of nLight, what s new? ) 2014 was a strong year for nLIGHT, especially in China where sales grew over 50% from 2013. This growth primarily resulted from improvements in our world-leading components: element semiconductor pump diodes and Liekki active and passive fibers. 2、近日,恩耐激光发布了多款工业级光纤激光器,主要是哪些产品?应用在哪些领域?预计15年市场表现如何? ( nLIGHT launched some industrial fiber laser, what are them? How about the application/field? What s your forecast in 2015? ) nLIGHT, headquartered in USA, has leveraged its vertical integration in pump diodes and fiber to develop the industry s next generation fiber laser. The alta family of fiber lasers includes rack-mounted 500W and 700W, and stand-along 2000W and 3000W laser sources for metal cutting and welding applications. How will you open the market? ) nLIGHT alta includes several advantages over legacy laser sources the most significant being in serviceability. nLIGHT s architecture was developed to enable easy field service at the end user site, and nLIGHT s customer-oriented culture allows for the training of customers to perform their own service on nLIGHT s lasers. This is the first time tool makers will be able to conduct their own service on fiber laser-based systems. Second, nLIGHT has developed the industry s most robust back reflection isolation technology, which allows customers to process highly reflective metals like copper, aluminum, and stainless steel. This will eliminate downtime compared to previous generation fiber lasers that fail during instances of back reflection. In addition, the alta platform offers customers the most competitive beam quality for rapid 2D and 3D cutting of thin metals. Higher quality beams directly translate to improved cutting speed and quality, making nLIGHT s products a competitive advantage for system integrators. China has been an integral part of nLIGHT s business strategy since our entry into the domestic market in 2003. In 2015, nearly 50% of nLIGHT s sales, service, engineering, and manufacturing resources are located in China.
